Presented by Fitzgerald's Bicycles & The Bike Mill
Togwotee Winter Classic is a not-for-profit and currently the longest standing, contiguous fat bike race in the Lower 48. The ride takes place on groomed snow and/or snowmobile trails at 8000' to 9,600' in elevation on the Continental Divide under extreme winter conditions.
In spirit of tradition, TWC will go on this year with some significant changes to past years.
Getting back to the roots and history of the "race", it will simply be a day of riding bikes with friends and nothing more.
For those who choose not to do the 20 or 30-mile loops, the Deception/Falls Trail is a great alternative with plenty of parking.
